GIVEN EQUATION :-

 \sf{\dfrac{1p}{2} + 1 =  \dfrac{3p}{2}  + 2} \\

SOLUTION :-

 \sf :\implies  \dfrac{1p}{2}  -  \dfrac{3p}{2}  = 2 - 1 \\  \\

 \sf :\implies  \dfrac{p - 3p}{2}  = 1 \\  \\

 \sf :\implies p - 3p = 2 \\  \\

 \sf :\implies  - 2p = 2 \\   \\

 \sf :\implies p =  \bf\red{- 1} \\  \\

Therefore, p = -1.

VERIFICATION :-

 \sf :\implies  \dfrac{ - 1}{2} + 1 =  \dfrac{3( - 1)}{2}   + 2 \\  \\

 \sf :\implies  \dfrac{ - 1 + 2}{2}  =   \dfrac{ - 3 +4 }{2}  \\  \\

 \sf :\implies \dfrac{ - 1}{2}  =   \dfrac{ - 1}{2} \\  \\

LHS = RHS.

Hence, Verified.
