LHS is infinite series, we can write
1/2x + 1/2(1/2x +1/2(1/2x + ... = y
>> 1/2x + 1/2y = y
1/2x = 1/2y
>> x = y
LHS is infinite series, we can write
1/2x + 1/2(1/2x +1/2(1/2x + ... = y
>> 1/2x + 1/2y = y
1/2x = 1/2y
>> x = y
