Hi ,

P ( X ) = 3X² - 10X + 3

Here,

A = 3 , B = -10 and C = 3

Sum of zeroes = -B/A

1/3 + Other zero = 10/3

Other zero = 10/3 - 1/3 = 10-1/3

Other zero = 9/3 = 3.
