because 343 is cube root of 7 so (7)^3 and 3(2y+2) =6y+6 and another side (7)^2
now both side base same.
so when 6y+6 go to numerator place it will be changed into -6y-6 and another side will be 2
so -6y-6=2
-6y=8
y=-8/6
y=-4/3
