Let the total capacity of the drum be x litres.
Now when we fill one-fifth of the drum, four-fifths of the capacity of the drum is left empty.

This value is given to be 28 litres. Thus
 \frac{4x}{5} = 28 \\ x = 28 \times \frac{5}{4} \\ x = 35
Thus the capacity of the drum is 35 litres.

If this helps, mark it as the brainliest answer. I would really appreciate it.
