Solution:

1/8!  + 1/9!  = x/10!

n! = n(n-1)(n-2) ........................(2)(1)

1/8!  + 1/9!  = x/10!

=> 9/9.8!  + 1/9!  = x/10!

n(n-1)!  = n!

=> 9/9!  + 1/9!  = x/10!

=> (9 + 1)/9!  = x/10!

=> 10/9!  = x/10!

=> 10/9!  = x/10. 9!

=> 10 = x/10

=> 10 * 10 = x

=> x  = 100
