1/8!+1/9*8!=X/10*9*8! Then 8! Will be cancelled from both side .from L.h.s by taking common 8! And canceled out then you get 1+1/9=x/90.  Since 10/9=X/90 then X=  hope you understand. Ask one more time or the step where you don't understand.
