If 1/8of testube is filled up by e.coli then how much time would be required to fill entire testube

Growth of E. coli occurs at 37 °C but some laboratory strains can multiply at temperatures up to 49 °C. It can take up to 48 hours since it is kept in a test tube.

i.e test tube will be filled 1/4th in 20min

1/2 in 40 min

and full in 60min
