Step-by-step explanation:

given equations

1.8x+1.2y = 4 ------->(1)

9x+6y = 3 ------->(2)

simplify 2 equation we get

9x = 3-6y

x = (3-6y)/9

substitue x value in (1) equation

1.8x + 1.2y = 4

1.8(3-6y/9) + 1.2 y = 4

5.4 - 10.8 y = 9(4-1.2y)

5.4 -10.8y = 36 -10.8y

5.4 is not equal to 36

hence there is no solution
