↪Best method just given root write as x-a where a is given root

Here ,

x-(-1) = x+1

↪ now divide this to the given polynomial you will find a quadratic quotient which you can further find two more roots

x+1)3x^3-5x^2-11x-3 (?

? will be quadratic

I think now you can solve the quadratic and can find to two roots more solve yourself if you can't inform me....
