-1 is a zero of following polynomial .
It means (x+1) is a factor of this polynomial 15x^3 + 14x^2 -3x-2 .
Divide 15x^3 + 14x^2 - 3x -2 by x+1 .
so, we get : 15x^2 - x -2 .
Now factorize 15x^2 -x-2
15x^2 - x - 2 . = 15x^2 +5x - 6x - 2 .
5x(3x +1) -2(3x+1).
(3x+1) (5x-2).
so it's other two factor are (3x+1) (5x-2).
3x +1 = 0 , 3x= -1 x = -1/3.
5x-2 = 0 , 5x = 2 x = 2/5 .
Hope this answer will help you and plz mark it as brainliest.
