if 1 is the zero of polynomial 7x -x^3-6, find other zeroes

Since 1 is a zero, x-1 is a factor.

Dividing -x^3+7x-6 by x-1, we get -x^2-x+6

This can be factorised as -(x^2+x-6) = -(x+3)(x-2)

Therefore, other zeros are -3 and 2
