a(1)^2 -3(a-1)1 -1=0
a - 3a + 3 -1 =0
-2a +2 =0
-a = -2/2
-a= -1
a=1
a - 3a + 3 -1 =0
-2a +2 =0
-a = -2/2
-a= -1
