By applying unitary method,we can do this sum.
Solution -
We know,
1l= 1000mL
Cost of 1l oil = Rs 800
or, Cost of 1000ml= Rs 800
Cost of 1mL = Rs 800/1000
therefore ,Cost of 450mL =Rs 800/1000×450
=Rs 360
Ans = Cost of 450 mL of oil is Rs 360.
