danish60: 1 Newton = 1kg X 1 m/s^2 = 1000 gm X 100 cm/s^2 = 10^3 gm X 10^2 cm/s^2 = 10^5 Dyne

1newton/10^5=1dyne so.. 1 dyne=10^-5
