√1+x= 13*144/12

√1+x= 13*12

√1+x=156

If your question is wholeroot(1+x)=156

                               √(1+x)=156
                squaring on both sides

                          (1+x)=156²

                           x=156²-1=24336-1=24335

If you question is √1 + x =156

                               x=156-1

                              x=155
