Answer: 6.25 x 10¹⁸ seconds

Explanation:

Charge of one electron 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹

so we could get charge of 10* 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ = 16 x 10⁻¹⁹ every second

for 1C charge it will be 1C * 1s / 16 x 10⁻¹⁹

⇒ 6.25 x 10¹⁷
