So, deduction = (x*10)/100
Deduction = x/10
Now, according the question.
Original bill - deduction = Rs. 58.50
⇒ x - x/10 = 58.5
⇒ (10 - x)/10 = 58.50
⇒ 9x/10 = 58.50
⇒ 9x = 585
⇒ x = 585/9
⇒ x = Rs. 65 
So, the original amount of bill is Rs. 65
