Let the no. of days take by 8 labour to dig the same pond be x.
Given that no. of days taken by 10 labour to dig a pond = 15
∴ work done by 10 labour in 15 days = work done by 8 labour in x days
⇒10 × 15=8 × x
=> (10 x 15)/ 8= x

= 18.75
Hence, 8 labour will dig the same pond in 18.75 days.
