If 10 people complete a job in 10 hours,how many people will be needed to complete the same in 24 hours

Less Men, means more Days & more Men, means less Days {Indirect Proportion}

Let the number of men be x then,

x : 10 :: 10 : 24

=>24x = 10 * 10

=> x = [10 * 10] /24

so  men needed =25/6  =4.2 men ans

[you will need either 4men finishing the work in 25 hrs or 5 men finishing the work in 20 hrs ]

you cannot finish the work  exactly in 24 hrs by this logic
