let the no. of workers be X

then

according to question

100/60=X/30

100 \times 30 = 60 \times x \\ \ \\ 300 0 = 60x \\ x = 3000 \div 60 \\ x = 50 \\ 50labours \: required \: to \: do \: the \: same \: work
