if 110g of copper sulphate present in550g of solution calculate the concentration of solution.

the concentration of solution is 110/550 * 100= 20% .

Here, Mass of solute (copper sulphate) =100g

And , Mass of solutions = 550g

Now, we know that:

concentration of solutions= mass of solute/ mass of solutions × 100

=110 × 100

500

=100

5

=20 %

Thus, the concentration of this copper sulphate solution is 20%
