if 11x+22y=44 and 22x+11y=55 what is the value of x+y and x-y..give appropriate answer

11x=44-22y

x=44-22y÷11

here the value of x is now 44-22y÷11

22×(44-22y÷11) + 11y=55

22×(44-2y)+11y=55

968- 44y+11y=55

968-33y=55

33y=968-55
