 \frac{ - 14}{63}  =  \frac{x}{9}

 - 14 \times 9 = x \times 63

 -  126 = 63x

x =  \frac{ - 126}{63}

x =  - 2

 \frac{ - 14}{63}  =  \frac{ - 18}{y}

y \times  - 14 =  - 18 \times 63

 - 14y =  - 1134

y =  \frac{ - 1134}{ - 14}

y = 81

(x,y)=(-2,81)
