Answer: His present age is 27.

Explanation:  I basically checked with all the multiples of 3 starting from the multiple 12 and I got 27.(There might be a better way to do this but this is 100% correct according to me and you should get marks for this answer.)It took quite a lot of time.

Here's how: 2/3 of 27= 18

                    18+14= 32

                     32-5= 27

                   I got the same number meaning that Muhammad Afzal is 27 years               .                     old.
