  • Here boys and number of days to complete the work are inversely proportional to each other i.e. if one will increase then the other will decrease and vice- versa.

Here its given that 15 children complete the work in 25 days .

So , 1 child will complete the work in 15×25 days.

(Boys decrease number of days to complete the work increase)

Hence 5 children will complete the work in \sf{\dfrac{15\times25}{5}} = 75.

Hence 5 children will complete the work in 75 days.
