☞ We have to find the fraction in the question.

• Let fraction = \dfrac{Numerator\:(N)}{Denominator\:(D)}

☞ If 15 is added to the Numerator of a fraction, the fraction becomes 3.

\dfrac{N\:+15}{D} = \dfrac{3}{1}

On cross-multiplying we get

=> N + 15 = 3D

=> N - 3D = - 15 __________(eq 1)

☞ If 11 is added to the Denominator the fraction becomes 1/3.

\dfrac{N}{D\:+\:11} = \dfrac{1}{3}

On cross-multiplying we get

=> 3N = D + 11

=> 3N - D = 11 __________(eq 2)

• On multiplying the (eq 2) by 3 we get

=> 9N - 3D = 33 __________(eq 3)

_______________________________

Solve (eq 1) and (eq 3) by elemination method we get;

N = 6 ______(eq A) [FROM ATTACHMENT]

• Put the value of N in (eq 1)

=> N - 3D = - 15

=> - 3D = - 15 - N

=> 3D = 15 + N

=> 3D = 15 + (6)

=> 3D = 21

D = 7 ______(eq B)

______________________________

Fraction = \dfrac{N}{D}

(From eq A and eq B)

Fraction = \dfrac{6}{7}
