No. of men =( No. of men given ) × (No. of days) =15×16 =240
No. of hours =6

Let no. of days be x
No. of men =( No. of men given ) × (No. of days) =x×10 =10x
No. of hours =8
No. of men =240 & 10x
No. of hours = 6 & 8
In Inverse variation xy =k,
240 × 6 = 10x × 8
1440/8 = 10x
180 = 10x
180/10 = x
18 = x
