If 15 of 40 is greater than 25 of a number by 2 what is the number

15/40 = (25/X ) + 2

=> 15/40 - 2 = (25/X )

=> (15-80)/40 = (25/X)

=> -65/40 = (25/X)

=> -65/(40•25)= X

=> -0.065 = X

BODMAS would lead to a deferent answer let me if that's what you want .
