Let the no. Be y
650 (28/100) - (15y/100) = 38
182 - (3y/20) = 38
-3y/20 = 38 - 182
3y/20 = 144
y = (144×20)/3
y = 760

\star\boxed{\sf\green\ {\frac{28 \times 650}{100}  -  \frac{15y}{100}  = 38}}

\leadsto\sf\red{15x=18200-3800 }

\leadsto\sf\red{28 \times 650 - 15x = 3800}

\leadsto\sf\blue{15x = 14400}
