substitute the value of cos^4 x by (1 - sin^2x)^2

u will get..

25 sin^4x - 20 sin^2x + 4 = 0

from here u will get the value of sin^2x ...which comes out to be 2/5

so , sinx = √2/5

and cosx = √3/5

so....by using this info u can easily get ur required answer...i think it would come out to be 250

i hope it is helpful...
