 Let \: a \: number \: be \: \red{x}

 Second \: number = \red{y}

/* According to the problem given */

 16.66\% \: of \: x = \frac{5}{6} \: of \: y

 \implies 16.66\% \times x = \frac{5}{6} \times y

 \implies \frac{16.66}{100} \times x = \frac{5}{6} \times y

 \implies \frac{x}{y} =  \frac{5}{6}\times \frac{100}{16.66}

 \implies \frac{x}{y} =  \frac{12500}{2499}

Therefore.,

 \red{ Required \: ratio \: between \: the \:numbers }\\\green { = 12500 : 2499}

|| Solution :

Let, the no. be x and y.

16.66% of x = 5/6 × y

⇒1666/10000 × x = 5/6 × y

⇒1666/10000 × x = 5/6 × y

⇒x/y = 5/6 × 10000/1666

⇒x/y = 12500/2499

⇒x : y = 12500 : 2499
