We are Given, 16^2x+3 = 64^x+3
                      so, (4)^2(2x+3) = (4)^3(x+3)
                      So, 2(2x+3) = 3(x+3)
                     so, 4x + 6 = 3x + 9
                           x = 3

so 2^2x-2 = 2^2(3)-2 = 2^6-2 = 2^4 = 16 ans.
