Solution:

To find for how many chocolates each child get = \frac{Total  chocolate}{Number of children}

= \frac{190}{9}

= 21.1

To find how many chocolates are left = 190 -2 * 90 = 10

THEREFORE, Each child gets 21.1 maximum chocolates and 10 chococlates will be left.
