➝ 4.41 - 4.2a + 0.36 = 2.25

➝ 4.41 + 0.36 - 4.2a = 2.25

➝ 4.77 - 4.2a = 2.25

➝ - 4.2a = 2.25 - 4.77

➝ - 4.2a = - 2.52

➝ a = -2.52/-4.2

➝ a = 252 × 10/42 × 100

➝ a = 3/5 = 0.6

Therefore, the value of a = 0.6.
