   {2}^{2x - y} = 32 \\ {2}^{2x - y} = {2}^{5} \\ 2x - y = 5..........(1)

Now,

 {2}^{x + y} = 16 \\ {2}^{x + y} = {2}^{4} \\ x + y = 4..........(2)

On solving equation (1) and (2)

we get,x=3 and y=1
