 \frac{2}{3}  - 5 \times  \frac{2}{3}  \times 12 =  \frac{2}{3}  \times 3n - 2 \\

 \frac{2}{3}  -  \frac{40}{1}  =  \frac{2}{3}  \times 3n - 2 \\

 \frac{ - 118}{3}    \times  \frac{3}{2}  = 3n - 2 \\

 - 59 = 3n - 2

3n =  - 57

n = 19
