If 2+3 =8, 4+5 =24, 6+7=48, Then 4+9=?

72 is answer because multiple of 8 are the answer

If,
2+3= 8
4+5= 24
6+7= 48
4+9= 80
Because,
(3sq.)- 1= 8
And
(2sq.)+4=8
Like wise
(5sq.)-1=24
And
(4sq)+8=24
Then we can find the value 4+9
