p(x)=ax square+7x+b=o
p(2/3)=a×(2/3)square+7×(2/3)+b
=(4/9)a+(14/3)+b ......(1)
p(-3) =a×(-3)square +7×-3+b
=9a-21+b ......(2)
equating (1) and (2)
4/9a+14/3+b=9a-21+b
(4/9a) - 9a= (- 21)-14/3
talking LAN
we get ,- 77/9a=- 77/3
a=3 ......(3)
substitute (3) in (2)
9a-21+b=0
9×3-21=-b
-b=6
b=-6
therefore
a=3 and b= - 6
