Answer:

if there are two zeroes 2 & 3 then after putting their values in t we can find a and b.

when x=2

2t² - 5t + at + b

2 (2)² - 5(2) + 2a + b

8 - 10 + 2a + b

-2 + 2a + b

2a + b - 2..........(i)

and, when x =3

2t² - 5t + at + b

2 (3)² - 5(3) +3a + b

18 - 15 +3a + b

3a + b + 3...........(ii)

for eq (i) a= 2-b/2

now,putting a value in eq (ii) we get,

3 (2-b/2) + b +3=0

6 - 3b/2 + b +3=0

9 - 3b/2+b=0

9 - 5b/2=0

-5b = - 9 × 2

b = - 18/ - 5

b= 18/5

and a =2-b/2

a= 2-8/5/2

a = 1/5.

hence, b= 18/5

& a =1/5.

hope u got it...
