p(2/3) = 7(2/3)² + k(2/3) - 3 = 0

= 7(4/9) + 2k/3 - 3 = 0

= 28/9 + 6k/9 -9/9 = 0

= (6k + 19) / 9 = 0

= 6k = - 19

k = - 19 / 6

Answer:

-1/6

Step-by-step explanation:

7x²+kx-3=0

=>7(2/3)²+k(2/3)-3=0

=>7×4/9+k(2/3)-3=0

=>28/9+k(2/3)=3

=>k(2/3)=3-28/9= -1/9

=>k=(-1/9)×(3/2)= -1/6
