The answer will be 252.
As we go for the method which is required in this problem, we find the twist using the number 3,
e.g., I take the first case,
2 x 5 = 48
in this we all know that product of 2 and 5 can never be 48,
but if we multiply 3 with the first term and add 3 in the second term, we get
(2*3) x (5+3)
= 6 x 8
= 48, which is correct.
so, applying this method in second we get,
(4*3) x (7+3)
= 12 x 10
= 120, which is also correct.
now, applying in the third we get,
(7*3) x (9+3)
= 21 x 12
= 252, which is the answer.
