Let X be the price of 1 kg rice.
2/5*x=1080
X=2700

2700*4/6=1800

if 2/5 is 1080 means we have to 5 part of it and 2/5 is 1080 so basically we can divide i 1080 by 2 to get answer of 1 part and answ is 540 now it has whole 5 parts means 5 *540 that's 2700 .so if we divide 2700 by 6 so each part h 450 now we have to multiply it by 4 means 4*450 and that's 1800
