If, 2/7, x, 7/2 are in G. P then find x

We know that, if a, b, c are in GP, then,

b² = ac

Since 2/7, x, 7/2 are in GP,

x² = (2/7) × (7/2)

x² = 1

x = ±1

Thus the answer is either 1 or -1.
