    then a/q ,
                    ⇒2x/9=252000
                    ⇒x=1134000
           then           4x/7=(4×1134000)÷7
                               =648000

Let the total property be as y.
2y/9 =2,52,000
y= 2,52,000 x 9/2
= Rs.1134000

 4/7 of 1134000
= 4/ 7 x 1134000
= 648000
