Hence,

2(-2)^3-(-2)^2+a(-2)+b=0

b-2a=20-------(1)

And

2(3)^3-(3)^2+a(3)+b=0

So b+3a=-45----------(2)

Solving equations (1) and (2)..

We get a=-13 and b=-6
