if m and n are roots of eqn then
m+n=-(a+1)
mn=b
here m=2,n=-3
therefore
-1=-a-1
a=0
b=-6
m+n=-(a+1)
mn=b
here m=2,n=-3
therefore
-1=-a-1
a=0
b=-6
