p(x)=x2+(a+1)x+b

Zeroes=2 and -3

So,

x=2, x=-3

Put the values in p(x)

2×2+(a+1)×2+b=-3×2+(a+1)×-3+b

4+2a+2+b=-6+(-3a)-3+b

6+2a+b=-6-3a-3+b

6+2a+b=3-3a+b

6-3+2a+3a+b-b=0

3+5a=0

5a=-3

a=-3/5

Put in p(x)

2×2+(-3/5+1)×2+b=0

4+4/5+b=0

24/5+b=0

b=-24/5
