Since, -3 and 2 are the zero s of the quadratic equation

Then quadratic equation is

(x- -3)(x-2)=(x+3)(x-2)=x²+x-6

Therefore,

x²+x-6=x²+(a+1)x+b

a+1=1 b=-6

a=0
