putting p(2)
p(2) = (2)^2 + (a+1) (2) + b
0 = 4+ 2a + 2 +b
0 = 6 + 2a +b
-6 = 2a + b (1)
putting p(-3)
p(-3) = (-3)^2 + (a+1)(-3) + b
0 = 9 -3a-3 + b
0= 6 -3a + b
3a - b = 6 (2)
